Colin crawled under the house for the yearly inspection and alerted me to a plumbing issue, for which I am very grateful. I am so glad he was alert to issues outside of the termite inspection itself and thought enough to tell me about the leak. The knowledge of the problem early on spared me a big problem down the road. I have been very happy with the service that I have received from the gentleman, Dallas, who comes to my home to spray for bugs. He notifies me to let me know it is time to come out to my home and is very nice and takes the time to answer all my questions.
Terminix technicians are communicative, friendly, punctual, professional, and competent.
