First and foremost, our technician Nathaniel Lowry is very caring, flexible, friendly, helpful, honest, kind , knowledgeable, nice, polite, professional and respectful! Nathaniel is just a really great man and we are very grateful to have him as our technician! He’s someone that we can depend on! He’s always upfront with us and we never have to question what he tells us as far as whatever he’s doing with our property! Whether it’s our concerning our quarterly pest control service, our dehumidifier maintenance or our termite inspection service! And on top of all of that greatness, HE IS OUR BROTHER IN CHRIST AND WE ARE BLESSED AND GRATEFUL TO KNOW HIM!!! Terminix is a top notch company and if we ever have any issues, concerns or problems; they are always there for us! All we have to do is call them! Everyone has been great to deal with since the beginning. When I meet Reggie at my house he was super helpful and was able to answer all of the questions I had! I hate that I can't remember her name but the lady that I talked to on the phone to schedule everything was very nice and kept me informed about changes to my appointment and very patient with me.
