We continue to use Terminix because of the technician performing the service. We had issues with the two proceeding technicians who were ineffective and lacked ownership and empathy for the problems we had been experiencing, It was only when Daniel started to be responsible that THE PROBLEMS WERE SOLVED AND CONTINUED TO BE NON-ISSUES since he became our professional technician. He is professional, experienced and follows up on any outstanding items, we would be hard pressed to continue with Terminix service without a partner like Daniel performing the service.

I appreciate the fine work done over many years by various divisions (home, critter control, etc.) of your service. I trust my wonderful Terminix Man Paul to see to all possible issues, and I get good summaries of the services provided. I have confidence that I can call at any time and will get immediate assistance. The office staff is very cheerful and responsive whenever I have a question, which is rare.
