Dustin did a good job with our service this time. He always does and is very professional.
Our original date of service was rescheduled to the 24th of April. I had to call your office to find this out. When I was on the phone I told your rep. that we had bag worms in one of our trees that needed to be treated. Apparently, Dustin never got tha tmessage because when he got here on the 24th, he did not know anything about it. So we had to rechedule the treatment for the trees.
From now on I would like to schedule any service that we have directly with Dustin.

Eric does a great job keeping my home pest free. In addition he is always prompt, courteous has gone way above his duties. Once he even checked to see if my car was leaking oil when spots were on the floor of my garage.

The only reason why I continue to stay with Terminix is because of the professional service I receive from my technician, Tony Lockwood. Mr. Lockwood has serviced my home for years and has maintained his professionalism year after year. Unfortunately, with the service fees continuously increasing annually, it's becoming difficult to continue the service.
I highly recommend Terminix for getting rid of any of your pest needs cause I have tried several different pest control places and they go above and beyond to help getting rid of my pest problems.
