Your representative that services our house. He is great, he remembers where everything is, he answers every question and he does everything he can possibly do to keep bugs, mice and any kind of critters out of our house, attic and my shop. Mason should be your trainer, get a gigantic raise and keep our house on his list forever. My wife and I are extremely impressed with Mason.
We consider dropping Terminix when you fired Nathan, he was very good, thank God we waited to see what our next rep would be and thankfully it was Mason. He is as good, well even better. You always wonder about a service that charges per visit, but their service is almost always never seen, this what a Termite service does, so you have to believe and trust the service to do their job.
This is exactly what Terminix does, their service is mostly hidden, but you have to trust their service is what you pay for, and they have proven to me , time and time again that they understand what is needed and execute to perfection.
In the 10 years we have been with Terminix we seldom have to worry about hidden threats to our home, they have always come through for us and we will continue to enjoy their services in the future.

CJ is a great tech from the first treatment to the quarterly treatments for pests for our house. We currently own the house that my mother owned until she passed away in March of 2025. Terminix has been a great partner in keeping all pests including termites out of our house and lawn. Latoya, in the business office was always pleasant and very helpful with any questions or concerns we had. I would definitely recommend Terminix to anyone that needed any kind of pest control!
