I told Brandon what I was looking for, and within 24 hours he had found me multiple cars to choose from. I picked the one I wanted, told him what I could pay, and he made is happen. I told him I didn't want to spend any time in the dealership signing papers and going over things (some places hold you hostage for hours while the deal is done). Brandon had it all worked out before I arrived. I was in the dealership approximately 15 minutes and the car was mine. Easy peasy!!!

We called Don Franklin Auto to get an emergency appointment as our Cadillac Escalade went into 4 wheel drive and wouldn’t come out. My husband was traveling to Michigan and needed the vehicle. We called our regular dealership and were told we could have an appointment in 2 months. Don Franklin Auto got us in the next day. Fixed our problem and told us we needed brakes and rotors. We had kept asking about the brakes at our previous dealership but they kept saying they were fine. Don Franklin had the parts and fixed them the same day. Lisa Jent, the service provider was awesome. We found ourselves a new dealership where treating there customers right is at the top of their list. Thank you so much.
