Fast response when I initially inquired. Was tired of getting the run around from other places on pricing. Salesman was fast and was able to come to a fair price on the vehicle I wanted. Called one day and picked up the car the next. My time is valuable and I appreciated them not wasting more than necessary.

I like the service that I got when I got my oil changed and also service I got when I bought my car there, the car sales man name john who sold me my car, he was very knowledgeable is finding me the car I wanted, and I am very happy with Don Franklin's service.

Everyone was excellent and very professional!! Byron Sorell and Chris Franklin made my experience wonderful. Lisa at the service desk was very informative and professional also. Melinda was wonderful too. She showed me several vehicles that I might be interested in soon. I will definitely go to Don Franklin when I am ready to buy my next car. Superb service!
