The staff is courteous and friendly. The service (oil change, tire rotation, etc) has been very efficient since I purchased my vehicle in 2011.

The people in the service department are really nice and let you know if they find anything outside of the service you are there to receive. My service was free because I had been waiting for a long time. I was pleasantly surprised. This is the Don Franklin in Glasgow, KY.

The people. Everyone is so nice, friendly, and caring. Very professional. Good atmosphere. On the Sales side, there was no pressure. Answered all questions and concerns. Members on the service side were very friendly. The Glasgow Nissan dealership has gained my business. Great to work with!!
