We have been a Loyal customer of Downeast Energy since moving to Maine ten years ago. We receive propane and oil as well as taking advantage of their service contract which covers cleaning and maintaining our boiler. We have had to contact then on a number of occasions for problems when we have lost heat or hot water at all hours of the day as well as weekends, Downeast’s service department has always responded quickly usually within two hours to fix the problem. Their employees and phone representatives have always been polite and professional. As long as Downeast Energy maintains these standards we will remain a Loyal customer. Tom and Kathleen Cote
