I have been with Downeast Energy for over 20 years and they may not always be the lowest price but they are the most dependable and professional oil /propane company out there. Their sevice is top shelf and they are always there with any furnace issue I may have etc. I will remain loyal because of the longevity of the company and its reputation .

Downeast's open attitude towards buying-groups is the reason that I work with them. They will always have my business for this aspect. (On top of great service and genial staff..) The Remote fuel monitoring system they have in place is top notch and takes out all of the guesswork keeping our tanks full.
Their customer service relations in the Kennebunk office is very friendly and helpful. Their technician Alex Mariello, very professional and explains very well of issues of your furnace.

Paying my bill online. Recently, nicer representatives and calls back when I have a problem. Much better follow up. A very nice man delivered oil the other day. Overall things are better.
We had trouble changing the billing on our account at the beginning, but things have been fine once we got it straightened out.
