Reliable
I like being able to go online and find my propane usage and also my next delivery date. If I think I might run out before the next delivery I call and there is always a pleasant person to talk to and an earlier delivery is made.

I've used DownEast for home delivery for 20 years...never had an issue. And I live in the middle of nowhere. Deliveries on time whether snow, sleet, or rain, drivers friendly, and the office is in Windham, easy to visit. I highly recommend Downeast Energy.

I have never had to worry about when my K1 is going to be delivered to me. They are very efficient and have a wonderful office staff. I call in my payment and the person I talk is pleasant and easy to talk to. Kudos to Downeast energy, and I always know I will be taken care of.
Friendly employees
My K1 delivery was yesterday and I was very happy to see the driver. I have a difficult driveway and parking area and my daughter's car was parked there. He carefully negotiated the car...and dragged the hose up the walkway to the back of the house. No easy task, that's for sure. We were making Christmas cookies and happily shared a couple with him. Many thanks!

I've been with Downeast for many years. I'm really struggling with the propane prices. I'm paying under $2 a gallon in Falmouth. My neighbors in Naples are buying from you for under $2 and you won't let me join their group. We are just doors apart. Why
I love having "the plan". It is comforting to know that oil is coming and I don't have to pay for it. hehehehe I miss that the cleaning service is separate from the plan, but it all comes out the same.
