I love the Monday and Friday 11:25 class with Cindy. People in the class have become close friends. I've been a member of the y from the time it started. My only issue would be the y scheduling. The entire gym is open for basketball before our class altho rarely used. We have a large class and have to scour the building for chairs resulting in a late start not to mention 50 people trying to get into the storage room. At least have a y employee bring out the chairs and make sure there are enough. An employee has to come down and open the divider and unlock the equipment door anyway.

The stability class with Cindy at Milford Y is an excellent instructor. The Senior Zumba is a great class for different movements ( side to side. forward backwards) & can get your heart rate up. For all ages. Have met people who are great. Social part is great.
