The staff is friendly, the trainers are good, and the facility has lots to offer. The only thing I miss is an indoor walking/ jogging track.
Very friendly people at desk waiting to help you or answer questions. Very clean restrooms. A lot of classes for all ages.
Love the AOA classes. The facility is very accessible and clean. Large variety of activities available and all types of workout opportunities. Great membership value!!

Love chair yoga with Sandy, and water aerobics. I do wish participants in the pool did not believe that they have a "spot" reserved for them. I have been pushed out of spots by latecomers who think they are entitled. It's frustrating.

I absolutely love the chair yoga class taught by Sandy. She has helped me get back into yoga and I am looking forward to trying out another class soon.

Maggie was a great instructor! She really worked well with all the kids and explained things well to the parents. She also made everything fun for the kids. She was wonderful!
