The staff are super friendly and always happy to help.
The program has helped both of my kids improve their overall comfort, safety and skill in the water! I appreciate how the kids are in the pool for the entire lesson given specific swim schools often make kids wait their turn by sitting out of the pool!
The front desk staff is most helpful and the class instructors are awesome at Milford YMCA.
We use it for the youth programs and the senior programs. The group exercises are great and we love having summer camp.
The Carl's Family YMCA has been a part of my life since around 2012. I went from barely able to stay out of bed many days per week to attending 3 workouts per week w the older adults. The instructors are professionally trained and certified to work well with seniors and the disabled. They take care to instruct on proper postures and techniques in order to get health benefits, but avoid injuries. And they have a good "bedside manner". The classes and attendees have fun and encouraging vibe. There are classes and equipment for all ages and stages of fitness. The results on my health have been a game changer. I highly recommend becoming a part of the YMCA community, you won't regret it.

Mr. Dennis is great with our kids and the program is teaching them a lot not only about how to swim but safety as well. We love it

I am very happy with our swim experience here. Previously we had disappointing experiences with a different community swim program and so I decided to try out Carl’s YMCA. My daughters have already had two different instructors which have both been excellent. Very professional, patient, while still being able to connect and joke with the kids. The class sizes are kept small which gives the kids plenty of practice while giving a break in between to catch their breath. I would definitely recommend to anyone looking for swim lessons for their children.

Great grounds, woods, facility. Would be great if a sauna and/or 104 degree hot tub were added. Also it would be great if the coffee station could be brought back.
