Love the exercise class and instructor
Staff members are very friendly
The girl at the front desk was very nice and informative and helped me join this gym. And then once I join, my daughter showed me around and I got started on doing very light work out. I was able to talk to a lady who is a member and was telling me which programs are good for the seniors.

Beautiful and well maintained fitness facility. Beneficial group activities such as Pickleball and Yoga. On-site availability of trainers and physical therapy. Cost can be an issue for some.

My whole family loves the Y! It's such a a friendly place. I really enjoy the group exercise classes which have great instructors. We all love the wife variety of equipment they have to offer in a judgement free environment.

Although our membership has been short thus far we were really impressed how friendly staff were in making us comfortable while at the Y. Additionally we couldn't believe how clean the building is including the locker rooms and bathrooms.
