Carl’s Family YMCA staff is friendly and welcoming. There are programs and activities for all ages and abilities. I’ve been a member for 16 years and wouldn’t go anywhere else. The Carl’s Family Y is not just a fitness center, or a gym, it’s a community.

Us Seniors gonna have to pay for our Silver Sneakers but I can see where you need the money.
You really need to reach out more to families.......even outside the Milford area. I am over in Commerce area and it is worth the drive for families as you have so many activities for kids.
