We have a great YMCA here in Milford Michigan. I also like being part of the national YMCA I can exercise in other states when I’m on vacation!

The sun glare in the gym can be extremely annoying during work outs. Is there any chance some form of mechanical shades could be installed and used during these times?
Some shades can even be used produce heat & cooling energy with black & white surfaces!

Clean and easy to use exercise equipment
Availability of lap swim times everyday. Cheerful and very welcoming staff at the front desk as well as in the pool area. The fact that medicare covers the cost is most appealing
The staff is prepared to assist me in anyway they can. The facilities are clean and inviting. Over all a very inviting atmosphere.
I love working out at my Y and walking the beautiful trail that starts at the parking lot.

Facilities are always spotless.
I like the people. Both staff and members are courteous and kind. Nobody is treated as a second class member like I have witnessed in my travels. Even if I am having a bad day, I check my mess at the door to shelter another’s happiness. Everyone seems to do the same at Carls Family YMCA and, for this reason, I am proud to call it my home club. In fact, I modestly brag about my home club everywhere I go. It may not have a some things other clubs have but none demonstrate caring, honest, respect, and responsibility like Milford Michigan’s YMCA! I am grateful to be a member.
