Friendly people to greet you in the lobby, wonderful/trained fitness instructors, and new friends to socialize with. The Y ticks all the boxes for physical and mental heath. I am so glad I am a member.

I have enjoyed Silver Sneakers, and am disappointed that it will no longer be accepted. I really enjoy the “Dance for Fitness” class on Wed. and Friday.
The yoga class with Laurie on Wed. and Sun. is awesome. She is a great teacher.
The other classes are a bit fast paced and I would like to see a little time for a sip of water. Otherwise, great job.

Friendly staff, from check in desk to the awesome lifeguards at the pool, everyone is so friendly! The lifeguards are great with my special needs son, finding toys and talking to him by name
I only use the lap pool. Easy to schedule. Friendly staff!
