My technician Terry is really friendly and nice. He always calls before arriving and is very polite when inside my home. I like that he takes his time to ask me questions about the area of concerns and even follows up about previous issues that we’ve had. I also really liked our old technician Alan. Both of them are a pleasure to work with.

Nice to receive “ I’m on the way” call. Jace takes time to ask about problems and then offer solutions and preventions for bug and rodent problems. Jace is always thoughtful, patient, and personable during treatments. I’ve never had problems with bugs and such since using Northwest.
