The technician that came to inspect my home was awesome, I believe his name is Rocco. He was very professional and at the same time very personable. As a single woman with a child, I have to be very cautious of who I let in my home. Rocco made me feel very comfortable being in my home. He instantly took his shoes off (not everyone does that) and he also saw that there were some wasps flying around my home and went into the attic to see if there were nests. He didn't have to do that. My experience with him was very positive and reassuring that there are still really good people out there. Thanks again.
