The customer service. Our tech Michael is the greatest. Wonderful, wonderful, wonderful. Also if I do have to call the office for something ... courteous, and kind. The only thing I do not like is that we had to give to a credit card. that is the reason for the 9. Other than that, you are great.

Technicians are wonderful. Stephen and Joel have both treated our house. Both were informative about the process, extremely professional and listened to our concerns.
The office staff needs training. When Tamara called to set up our 3-month follow up, she asked for the tech to come on Tuesday. I told her I made it clear to Tammy when setting up our initial treatment ANY day but Tuesday was fine. Tamara told me her system only allowed her to set up Tuesdays, then magically saw the note in the system that said "any day but Tuesdays; customer has a gate." All of a sudden, Tamara was able to schedule a different day.
