They set a date, time, etc in advance and keep it! Friendly and answers questions I ask. I'm alwlays asking questions as I want to learn all I can about "bugs", etc.

Quick and efficient
First, we have had the same guy service our house for at least two years. He is pleasant and very efficient. Also, he has come to know us, our pets and our individual spraying needs. That means a lot, when someone is coming into your house on a regular basis. Now about the spraying itself, we live in a very woody area and our bug issues are gone. This is a very trusted company and we highly recommend checking them out.
