He takes care of things that I notice like an influx of large ants.
Luke did the consultation. He was extremely helpful and nice. He came in and talked with me for a few mins and went over how the process works. Another guy was with him, I can’t remember his name! But they were both great. They looked around and then sat at my kitchen table with me explaining how the whole process would work, start to finish and how much the full amount would be. No hidden fees or charges. They called the secretary and set everything up for me while sitting there! That was on a Friday. By Monday, Jacob came to spray my house and was very personable and kind. He communicated how long it would take and did an amazing job! He reached out once he was done via phone and made sure to lock my door when he left. He communicated that he would do a follow up in 2 weeks. I highly recommend!

The service is consistent and thorough. The technician doesn't mind offering suggestions or answering questions regarding pest control.
I like that you give me a heads up what day you will be servicing my house and what service will be performed and also that the tech calls me on the scheduled day to let me know what time he will arrive.
Our exterminator was so nice and friendly! He was very understanding and accommodating with our request. He was on time and thorough. I really hate that I don't remember his name.
