Daniel was very thorough he paid attention to what I had a problem with then showed me how to alleviate the bugs by running the water to keep the trap flies out and to clean the drain with vinegar and peroxide then he explained how he would treat the problem and that if I needed to have him come back to treat again it would be free of charge.
