Cale did a great job of getting rid of the ants last fall and again last week. He recommended a foam and a sealant for us to apply to specific areas where the ants were coming from. He answered all my questions and we haven’t seen any more ants since he came.
Courteous office staff and technicians. Prompt service. Call prior to service. Technician calls when he is on his way. I always have a pleasant conversation with the technician as we discuss what places need to be treated other than the usual. Same technician every time so we get to know one another.

Anyone that comes is always very respectful of our "feral adjacent" colony (they all have names and come when theyre called. "Feral" is kind of a misnomer and TNR saves lives) and their feeding station on our back deck. They respect that we DO NOT WANT GLUE TRAPS. They always make sure our outdoor kitchen is SAFELY treated. Simply by observing, not being asked. On the rare occasion there is an issue in between services, they have no issue coming back.
Our technician, John, is always so helpful with whatever insect issue we are having. He is polite and thorough.
