On November 11, 2024 Northwest Exterminating Installed a Crawl Space Dehumidifier in our Home. We were told at least three years ago that this had to be done. This year after the same report about excess moisture in the joist under our home we finally consented to have the system installed. Prior to the installation on 11 November the crawl moisture was 85%. Today as I submit this evaluation the moisture is 53%. This equipment will certainly insure the security and reduce the moisture in the crawl space so our Home will not rot out. Thanks to the Inspector and the Technicians who did the work!!! The Inspector was considerate and finally convinced us to do this. I would recommend Northwest Exterminating to every home owner who has a Moisture problem/Concern.

He is prompt and always texts me when he is on the way, which is important to me because I have dogs that need to be contained and gates that need to be unlocked. He is friendly, courteous, and a stellar member of the Northwest team. I am a very satisfied customer!
Northwest Exterminating technicians are great! Casey is always prompt, personable and professional. If a pest issue arises between quarterly visits, the company sends him out within a day or so resolve the issue. Great customer service.
