We really appreciated that this time the service technician knocked on our door and introduced himself and said what he was there for. That has not happened in the past. If we are not home we would also appreciate a note left on the door that service has been completed. There have been times when we were home all day when a service was scheduled, but we never saw anyone and no notice was left at our door. When that happens it leaves you wondering whether you actually did get any service that day. Other companies, such as Lawn Doctor, text you in advance that a service will be performed and they always leave a notice on the door describing the service that was completed.
A Thank you to technician John Chalmers for always doing a great job, whether it is quarterly pest treatments, mosquito spraying or annual termite inspection. John always takes the time to do the job right. Great attitude and willing to answer questions.
