If one pest control approach doesn't work, Dustin tries another until he gets it figured out and the issue is resolved. Also, Dustin is prompt in his replies and is punctual in his arrival when we've scheduled a service window. I very much appreciate Dustin and Northwest.
This was Matt's first time to service my account. I thought I needed more liquid sprayed in garage and on front and back porch, especially around entry doors? Also a couple more sticky traps placed around inside of garage doors. Matt was very courteous and overall did a good job.
also, I wonder why we don't get feedback after they finish...they just leave?
