Technicians are wonderful. Stephen and Joel have both treated our house. Both were informative about the process, extremely professional and listened to our concerns.
The office staff needs training. When Tamara called to set up our 3-month follow up, she asked for the tech to come on Tuesday. I told her I made it clear to Tammy when setting up our initial treatment ANY day but Tuesday was fine. Tamara told me her system only allowed her to set up Tuesdays, then magically saw the note in the system that said "any day but Tuesdays; customer has a gate." All of a sudden, Tamara was able to schedule a different day.

THE YOUNG MAN THAT SERVICED MY HOME WAS VERY PERSONABLE AND TOLD ME ALL THAT HE WAS GOING TO DO AND ABOUT HOW LONG IT WOULD TAKE. HE FINISHED IT A GOOD AMOUNT OF TIME. HE CALLED TO LET ME KNOW THAT HE WOULD BE EARLIER AND IF WERE OK.
UNITL HE COMES NEXT MONTH AND COMES INSIDE I WILL THEN KNOW HOW WELL YOUR TREATMENT WORKS. IT'S NICE TO KNOW THAT I CAN CALL IF I HAVE ISSUES AFTER THE TREATMENT. MAKES ME FEEL GOOD.
