I receive notice when they are coming to service my house. Tech always checks with me if I am home and lets me know what he is doing or has found. he also leaves me the tacky strips so I can replace used ones in my garage. Professional and polite.

We have been with you Northwest fo rmany years. Most of the service providers have been wonderful and when we have had problems, you are very prompt in response. Our current tech is Robin and I cannot say enough good things about him and the service he provides. Works with us to make sure issues are address and resloved.
