Let's see,,,, our tech person is Jeff. He's always professional and kind when he comes to our house. We have a connection to where we're always glad to see him. He always asks if we need anything other than what we currently have and makes sure what we're getting currently is right for us. This is what you would call, the perfect experience. We're glad we chose Northwestern exterminators.
