Northwest Exterminating responded in a very timely manner. Our service representative, Adam Wagner, did a thorough investigation of the insect invasion sites . He took care to protect our indoor space while eliminating the ants. He was thorough and took the time to explain how and why he was doing each activity. We have not had a problem since.
