Good communication regarding our annual termite inspection/ treatment/ renewal. Our technician was on time for our appointment and did a great job finding / updating all termite stations. We decided to update our service to include quarterly pest control, and the first service was provided during our termite inspection at an acceptable cost.
Seth did a good job talking with me addressing concerns.
Reps always give me a courtesy call when on their way and friendly, easy to work with.

It all starts from when you call for service or are calling to pay your bill. The young women who answered my call recently was so amazing. She listened to my concerns, addressed my issues and resolved them immediately. She was sincere, empathetic and professional.
Then comes the service portion of the business. Adam, who has been our technician for sometime, is one of the nicest and respectable people my wife and I ever met. From the time he rings our front bell till the time he concludes his task he has a BIG smile on his face. He is very positive and enthusiastic. He always covers his shoes before entering our home to ensure that he does not bring in outside dirt into our home. He is extremely knowledgeable about pests, rodent’s and all types of insects.
My wife and I are very happy that we do business with Northwest Exterminators. If you are unhappy with your current exterminating company you should consider giving Northwest a chance. You’ll be happy you did.
Haven't experienced termites, so I think that supports my decision of getting the chemical poured multiple years ago, and checked/bonded each year following. I appreciate having the same gentleman come yearly to look for any signs of activity. One item i didn't care for this year was receiving my bill from the national brand, paying it, then no one reaching out to me from the local office to schedule am appt as was shared in the letter. Fortunately I had set a reminder to call on my own calendar for 3 weeks if I hadn't heard anything (a lesson learned from another company). Some people may not do this and the company gets the money with no service. I will share my service person have me his card to directly call him next year this happen again, which I appreciate the offer.
