I stay with Northwest for two reasons. (1) the mosquito bucket which I haven't seen elsewhere, and (2) my service tech, Nick Strohmeyer. He is courteous, knowledgeable and spends more time on my needs than any other tech that you have used on my house.

Excellent service! Always on time, very professional and addresses any concerns or problems. Office staff are great in scheduling and making sure my service tech has information regarding any new issues. I have been with them about 25 years and they have always provided the best in pest control. The use of products that are safe for the environment is very important to me.

They are really good at staying in contact with you to let you know when they were there and what they done even when you’re not home. If you have any problems then you can call them and they will address those issues. The Technician is also very friendly and respectful of your property and pets.
