The young man that has been treating my lawn for moles is doing an outstanding job. My lawn looks great. He's professional, knowledgeable, and seems to really care about getting results. The only reason I scored a 9 and not 10 is that it took Northwest Ext. a long time to assign him to my house and get the mole situation under control. He took care of the situation and definately deserves a raise! Great talent!

In the past, I would like to receive a text message beforehand. We are having issues with ants, so I would like to let our technician know what issues we're having prior to him arriving. Also, we're having issues near our detached the garage with mosquitoes. So, we would like special attention to those areas.
