I scheduled a technician come out to provide a termite letter in association with selling my home. Unfortunately, he did find termites under the house. He sent me pictures of what he saw and told me what needed to be done. The same technician returned the next day to spray for the termites and issued the bond the same day. I was able to make my closing as scheduled thank excellent service.
I love the communication via text letting me know when the service technician will be at my house. I appreciate my technician, DJ, always reaching out to see if I am having any specific issues or concerns.
