I love the customer service! I never have to worry about our treatment. Like clockwork, I receive an email giving me the date our house will be serviced. On the day of service I receive a call from our pest control technician prior to his arrival. He is always knowledgeable about any previous issues we've had and always asks if the problem still exists. I am so happy with Northwest Exterminating and I would recommend this company to anyone.
