I enjoy corepower very much. I usually go to Almaden studio, but Winchester has alternatives if Almaden does not have what I want.
I have taking Tone & Chris classes for Hot Power Fusion. They were great. I was sweating so much and feel great after class. There are a lot of stand & balance postures in this class, so be ready. Will take their class again, and highly recommended for their classes.
The studio is very clean and organized. Alison is so welcoming and positive. I felt motivated and encouraged throughout class and her energy was just what I needed to push myself to get a great workout and be glad that I showed up!

The classes are really versatile and the teachers are doing a great job.
I enjoyed the instructor and the studio very much. The only thing I didn't enjoy was how the room smelled very strongly of body odor.

I wish there was parking that was not in the garage. Is there a lot you can recommend if yogis dont want to park there? Walking to the garage doesn’t feel safe.

I would LOVE 6AM classes to come back... All studios in the area now only have 6:30AM classes and this is super tough with my work schedule, and I am sure I am not the only one. Many people have to leave class early to get to work, which is disturbing to other yogis.
