Just had the best C1 with Lauren H. She has the most calm and centered energy, and always a good class. I also love the little details, like how she handles the light dimming up and down, soft and gradual music transitions, fanning during shivasana, and her intentions.
I'm unemployed and stressed. It's such a blessing to be able ro attend a free yoga class. After the class, im able to breath deeply and fully. You've reminded me that there is goodness in this world. Thank you!!

I love the Yoga sculp practice. Its a whole body work out all in 1 hour. My body feels really good after & it makes me sleep very well at night. I also see results soon after doing YS 3-4x week & its so motivating to keep going. The community is amazing too! everyone is very kind & friendly.
I love everything! Studio is always clean, instructors are all friendly and personable, classes are super-challenging and always different while at the same time there is room to go slow if necessary. I have lots of arthritis and hot yoga is the only way I've found to raise my heartrate. Thanks for better health, CPY!
C2 with Vasu was amazing
I think I might be allergic to the floor cleaning solution used in the studio. I get hives on my arms, especially in CoreRestore, where a bit longer floor touch is needed. Maybe you could help with that? Appreciate a lot!
