I personally like the core restore layout and that the setting is relatively temperate. I am not a hot yoga person and this never gets so unbearably hot that I want to leave. I’ve just wanted to work on flexibility more and to extend my exercise toolbox beyond what I usually do, and it’s also a good way to spend time with my partner.

She has been so awesome 😎 I started core power few months ago and Megumi was my first sculpt instructor, Transitioning from C2 to sculpt wasn't easy but her energy and flow helps you take the leap! Thank you Megumi for making our classes so fun, grounded and inspiring.

Vinita was an amazing instructor. Three months of hiit training did not prepare me for her class but I could tell the yoga regulars loved her class and even though she kicked my butt so did I. Great place to do yoga.

Santa Clara Square is always clean and the staff are always welcoming and encouraging. I do wish there were more CSX classes offered after 5pm Monday through Friday.

I love the instructors. I've been in a class with Terri, Emily, and Carlo and have really enjoyed the classes and how they instruct us to do the moves. I would like more CSX after 5:00pm not just for this location, but also for Santa Clara Square, Campbell, & Winchester. I've noticed most of the CSX are early in the morning during the week and then 1 or 2 during the weekend. I would just like more classes that are CSX.
