Zheni and Klea, the music they choose. How supportive they are. For a 49 year old “so strong” is really a lot more helpful (like they say) than “you don’t know what you can do if you don’t push yourself” which is what another instructor said. I’ve been doing yoga for 30 years I’m perrfrctpy aware that if I push myself too hard then my whole life becomes yoga. Let me be!
But back to the point, yay Zheni and Klea!

Quinn was a very good instructor with a great sense of humor about the positions. It was nice to know that even a yogi like him loses his will to live at core surges.
I like schedule, instructors, flexibility and various levels to choose from.
I've taken 3 different C2 classes with different instructors and loved every single one. The sweating and flows are exactly what I'm looking for. As someone new to yoga, I was initially worried about keeping up, but the class structure made it easy to follow along, and every instructor has been gentle, strong, and knowledgeable. Is it bad to do Hotyoga everyday? because im kinda obsessed..
The people, the theme classes, the diversity of classes, the music, the mood lights, the teachers!
