The instructor said it was her first time teaching that class style. I thought it was a good class. Could have been a bit more challenging. The music was a little too loud so it was hard to hear the instructor sometimes.
I enjoy practicing Yoga at all the studios near my home. There are many different classes and times to choose from. The instructors are the best, and they all have their personalities, styles, and techniques, which makes the class fun.
The instructors are all very organized, friendly and helpful. As a beginner I appreciate them giving clear instructions and guidance.

Fantastic instructor! Nan was great! Her corrections to my form were spot on. Her voice made me feel like wee were in good hands, and the pace and flow were just right. Loved her class!

I like that the instructor does the class as well as teaching so we are in the pain cave. I didn't know it was possible for a non-cardio workout to cause so much (good) pain. Very humid, wasn't prepared to be slipping and sliding!

Clean studio, men’s bathroom was the cleanest in all of South Bay studios. Please open a location near Almaden. We are sad the original studio closed and going to different locations has to been a challenge due to natural traffic flow.
