this was my first time at Core Yoga and boy was it a wakeup call to how much I need to stretch on a daily. I attended the class with my colleagues, and we all enjoyed every minute of it. the instructor was fabulous and patient with new students.

I enjoy all my classes. I like the variety of challenges, each instructor provides in the class. while I love the location. I would really appreciate it if there was another core power that was closer to south San Jose. We used to have one an hour then and that closed down and now it’s really difficult to deal with traffic and come to Class.

I like the location, the facilities and overall the classes. This was my first class, if I had to mention something that could have been done better, especially for someone that was there, like me for the first time, I would suggest for the instructor to be in front of the group and in the center. The instructor was situated all the way on the left side of the room, near the entrance and it was very difficult to follow, looking at her.
It doesn't matter how quickly instructors count down in sculpt to the end of a certain exercise, but please just keep the count speed consistent from 8 all the way down to 0. it sucks when they start counting a certain speed and then slow down or speed up because once that count starts we like to calculate our energy spend to get us through to the end with as little left as possible. :)

It’s a convenient place for me to attend. The rooms are smaller which create a more intimate atmosphere.
Radhika was awesome. Best instructor I have ever taken. I love her music, energy and sequence. If she was teaching in campbell or winchester more often I would always renew my subscription. CorePower needs more instructors like her!

I love everything about core power yoga I love the fact that we are a community . My oldest daughter got me into CorePower yoga and it has helped me tremendously with depression with my self-worth with everything going on internally. I am so grateful and blessed that I have the resources to practice at CorePower yoga.
The location, the instructors, and the class content is fantastic. The sculpt classes with the best feels so good!
I really love the studio—everyone is so kind and welcoming. I do wish there were more Restore sessions in the evenings. I miss having a calming, late-night option. I also really enjoy Stephanie S.’s style and wish there were more sessions like hers. I’ll take evening C2s because I like them, but I tend to avoid sessions where the lights are all the way up—it just doesn’t have the right vibe for winding down. Avril is super sweet, but the energy of that session didn’t feel like the right fit for an evening class. I miss the kind of vibe we used to get at Winchester or Almaden. Nevertheless, I’ll just avoid those sessions and give 10 stars!

I take the same class every time and every time it's a little different which is perfect. I don't get stuck in one routine and that's a good thing,
I LOVE the instructors. Annie Z is the BEST! Love Tatyiana's classes too! They are gems.
The women's bathroom/locker room could use some attention. Since the refresh, the stand alone fan has been missing. It was very helpful after a hot class, I need extra help cooling down and I have to shower there before work. Could you please provide a stand alone fan in the women's bathroom?

Great teachers, good flows.
This is the cleanest location, with a super friendly instructor. The locker room is spacious and clean. I was very impressed with this location!!! I will be a regular at this location now.
The instructor has a beautiful voice that is calming. You can tell she cares about the people that join her class.
I like that there's an option of having hands on correction or "leave me alone please" cards - have never been to a studio with that before. Also that there are little tape marks of where to put your mat so there is space between you and the person next to you. It was a great no-judgement class. Do what you can and what your body is capable of.
Zeny is fantastic, she is very knowledgeable in the practice and helpful and sweet as we go through our practice
