Very professional. The technician was not going to be on time, however he called and texted letting me know, which was great. Did a good job cleaning an old tile kitchen floor. Looks much better. I believe the pricing is fair. I would recommend them and use them again.

Take a little more time to go over the carpet well . The job was done pretty fast ... I thought it would dry faster than it did . Still damp several hours later . I vacuumed it well when it was dry. It shows the foot print when you walk across it which it did not do before . I'm not really sure why!
