Arnal and Mason were VERY friendly!! They shared good knowledge about the process of shampooing my carpet. Very respectful! The carpets dried in the 6 hours like I was told. My house smelled lots fresher and the carpets are much brighter!! Excellent communication from the company about arrival time, quote, ect. Would definitely use them again! Thank you!!!
I thought çarpet would dry faster since company I used last year on a cold damp April day dried in 2 hours and didn't advertise 0 residue.

Half of the spots that reappeared after a few weeks. I'm assuming that residue from the original stains wasn't removed, and so they reappeared as dirt started stick to the residue again.

I am very pleased with the condition of my carpets. Arnell was very professional and worked very hard on my dirty carpets. He explained everything I needed to know to care for the carpets after the cleaning as well as what he was going to do. Some of my carpets are 38 years old and they look amazing. I would definitely recommend Zerorez to anyone who wants truly clean carpets.
Our couch was moved out so it could be shampooed behind it. However, the worker did not move the couch back. Therefore, it left a stain that should’ve been removed in front of the couch. We had to get a shampooer and remove that stain ourselves. Other than that, everything was good.

Very professional. The technician was not going to be on time, however he called and texted letting me know, which was great. Did a good job cleaning an old tile kitchen floor. Looks much better. I believe the pricing is fair. I would recommend them and use them again.
