The young man who serviced our home was very friendly, knowledgable and professional. He took the utmost care to make sure my dogs didn't get out of the house and did a fabulous job making sure to wipe up the excess water from my wood floors.

Somehow use a deodorizer
The only thing I suggest To improve is maybe have a scented cleaner …. Because after my guy left he actually was awesome! but the carpet stunk like wet dog, I had to put down carpet fresh and ffebreeze carpet to cut some of the smell. I can still smell it slightly- 3 days later - carpets cleaned on Friday.

Adam was the young man who came to our house to clean the kitchen, etc. tile as well as the master bedroom carpet for us. He was very personable and explained what he was going to do and how he was going to do it and then proceeded to work very efficiently to get this all completed in a timely manner. Everything was cleaned to our satisfaction and would definitely recommend him and your company for cleaning needs!

We really like the way our carpets and furniture come out so clean and dry so quickly, unlike any other service. We also like the very light citrus scent. This is the second time Zerorez has cleaned our carpets and furniture and we will certainly use your company again. We have told family and friends about you and how pleased we are.
Anthony is very professional and did an amazing job. He called in advance and arrived right on time and went to work, very carefully and thorough. There were a few stains he was able to eliminate that we thought we never come out. He definitely is an asset to your company!
