There was stains remaining on the bedroom floor. The technician did not make any attempt to remove them even after I asked him about it. His response was, those stains are probably from moving furniture. No attempt whatsoever to remove the stains. Packed up his equipment and left.

Keshaun was great to work with. He was very polite and knowledgeable about the products. The carpet looks like new and I know it was a tough job. We had a lot of stains on our carpets from pets.
My floors look beautiful, and Customer Service is outstanding
It was simple to schedule my cleaning. Anthony called when on his way. My tile cleaning was scheduled for 11am-2pm as I requested and Anthony arrived shortly after 11 am. He was very polite and did a great job cleaning my tile floors and grout.

I’m not sure how long the rug cleaning should take, but i was surprised that it didn’t take longer. I was a little disappointed that the rugs didn’t look much better than before the cleaning. I was pleased how quickly they dried afterwards.
