Overall, very pleased. Office was very attentive to my request in setting up my appt. and followed thru well. Service technician called in advance to verify appt, and called again with a slight delay. As much time as needed was taken for this first appt., answering any and all question, and keeping me informed as the job progressed. I found payment reasonable and efficient. I would recommend and will look forward to using when need needed.
Move light furniture to clean under. We have small tables on our Dining Room tile area and the grout is noticeably black underneath them and then cleaned around them - it looks very obvious.
I have a very nice custom bound 15 feet x 15 feet square area rug made of Shaw carpet. It is still in great condition after almost 14 years of use. Zerorez did a beautiful job of cleaning our carpet. There customer service was amazing - and that is saying something in this day and age were customer service is almost non-existent.
Zerorez was phenomenal in assisting us with a same day service. Their phone and service technicians were extremely personable, respectful and hard working. I will use them for all of our carpet cleaning needs.

Been using Zerorez for a long time, they are very knowledgeable and the products speak for themselves. The carpets always come out looking 100% better than before and they take their time to make sure any spots are pre-treated so that the final product is as good as it can be.
