I was very pleased with how easy it was to book the services. My technician, Justin, was great. Justin was able to answer all of our questions and did a great job at explaining everything he was doing. He was extremely thorough with his work and was very mindful of our pets and home. I would highly recommend the services and our technician.
Keshon did a wonderful job, very friendly and stayed late to do our job as he got held up at a previous home. Prices are fair.

I did not see much of a difference in the galley of the kitchen area. I was told it was used the most, but the area used most seemed to come out better. I used Zeroez for my white couch and was very satisfied.

They were thorough in their preparation, did excellent work, and were both pleasant and knowledgeable. Our carpets look great, and we'll definitely be using their services again for our office. The technician was great, personable, professional, and courteous. The carpets looked good while they were wet. However, when they dried there was a brown residue on the carpets. I was able to remove the residue with Resolve carpet cleaner and a lot to my own effort. Very disappointed with the end result.
