I love how you made my whole house smell fresh and dealt with some old stands. It looks great and I thought the prices were excellent. Adam actually came early and worked efficiently and quickly.

My loveseat is better but there is still a stain about three inches long and an inch wide on one arm of the loveseat. Sorry I did not notice this at the time of cleaning.

Carpet is clean. Dried pretty quickly. Your tech Keshan (sorry if I spelled it wrong) was an outstanding young man! Very thoughtful and explained everything so well.
We have used ZeroRez for several years. We have a mix of wall-to-wall and area rugs. We have dogs so I’m always concerned with noticeable odors. I feel they are an exceptional company. The last time I called to arrange service I was able to take advantage of promotions I wasn’t aware of. I got a 10x12 area rug cleaned for free.
The technicians have all been polite, professional and kept us informed of the process throughout the service. The best part is the results - we feel like the whole house feels cleaner and refreshed. From the initial phone consultation through completion - we were very satisfied.

Prompt, thorough and detailed communication
Nick and Kevin came out to check on the dryer vent issue I was having, and they were both professional and knowledgeable about the issue. They were able to resolve the problem quickly and efficiently. I was extremely impressed with their work ethic. I will certainly recommend Zerorez to family and friends.
