Zerorez was super easy to book with. Our technician, Adam, was great. He was friendly and communicative every step of the way and answered any questions we had about present and future services. I will definitely be booking with Zerorez again!

The floor tech was on time, looked everything over and discussed what he was going to do. The carpets and tile didn't look this good when we moved in. The tech was top notch, took his time and he was meticulous with his job. I would highly recommend this company.

Zerorez cleaned all the carpet. I like their system, pretreat, scrub, steam clean removing soil and soap leaving nothing behind to attract dirt. The carpet looks like new.

Our tech was just awesome from initial contact to finishing. I expected the Zerorez cleaning product to be great, and it was, but what really made us fans was the excellent service given to us by the tech. The manager also stopped by to say hi and helped. Great experience overall!

Area rug still had a lot of sand on it. It should have been vacuumed again before tech left. We had to vacuum it ourselves once it was dry after just having it cleaned.
